Infographics and Other Reference Materials
What is an Infographic?
An infographic, or information graphic, is a graphic representation for data or information that is usually presented in a boring manner. They are used to quickly and effectively communicate a message, specifically when the message contains large amounts of data, or is trying to show relationships or patterns.
MISS DIG 811 has created infographics on topics from Notification Centers Statistics to How to Post to Positive Response. Presenting information in this format will give stakeholders basic information on a topic and functions as a quick reference guide. As the Notification Center continues to expand its services to our members in the constantly changing Damage Prevention industry, we will post new and updated infographics to promote the Center and provide information on the services offered by MISS DIG 811. Please check back often to see if new infographics have been added. These copyrighted infographics have been approved for distribution, in their entirety, both internally and externally, please use and distribute them to anyone you believe would benefit from them.
If you have a suggestion for changes to any specific Infographic or if you would like to request an infographic on a topic not already covered, please email Stephanie Boe at firstname.lastname@example.org. Scope of Work
