Annual Membership Meeting

The MISS DIG Annual Meeting provides members with an opportunity to meet the Board of Directors, and hear a review of the year and goals of MISS DIG. Our 2017 Annual Meeting will be a two-day event at the Bavarian Inn Lodge in Frankenmuth.

THURSDAY: February 16, 2017

Educational training sessions. Registration begins at 8:00 AM, and the first session will begin at 9:30 AM. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Educational session descriptions can be found below, above the registration form.

 

FRIDAY: February 17, 2017

The MISS DIG 811 Board of Directors and the MISS DIG 811 Senior Management will provide members with pertinent financial information and the vision for MISS DIG 811. Lunch will be provided following the meeting.

  • Offers excavators training and information on a number of safety and utility damage prevention topics at no cost.

WebTMS for Facility Owners

  • Learn about MISS DIG 811's new web based Ticket Management Software. This introduction is for Facility Owners that have used Ticket Management Software or have never used Ticket Management Software. It will include demonstrations about posting to Positive Response, uploading images and notes, how to search tickets received through WebTMS, and managing and dispatching tickets to locators.

WebTMS for Contractor Owners

  • Learn about MISS DIG 811's new web based Ticket Management Software. This introduction is for Contractors. It will include demonstrations on logging into your WebFD account, checking Positive Response, uploading documentation, searching for both expired and live locate requests, and an overview of placing your locate requests through RTE.
